i’ve re-lived the Save The Dates & Invitations…
i've decided i will ATTEMPT to create a 'Wedding Wednesday' post weekly/bi-weekly
{we’ll see how that goes}
to continue the journey…
And now the details of Welcoming Your Guests from the very beginning:
The Welcome Bag
hubbi and I chose to greet the guests with a welcome bag of goodies at their hotels:
we included the following treats: water bottles, apples, pretzels, gum, & candy.
the bag also included a 'love note' from us just to say thanks & hi & see ya soon!
The
Welcome Sign
and for those not staying at one of our hotel locations,
my amazing sister brought my vision to light (which was the case with
most of my wedding ideas)
and created a welcome sign to place up against a
beautiful tree upon arriving at the farm:
The
Programs
Upon entering the garden for the ceremony, the guests received a Fan Program
to highlight the
Ceremony details & wonderful Wedding Party. Also, to fan themselves on this HOT July day :)
This was also
a place to share some great poems and quotes I found along the journey of
writing our Ceremony.
The
Seating Sign
In order to create a comfortable & inviting environment, we
recreated a wonderful sign I had originally found on Pinterest. This was
one of the simpler details that I really loved.
Old Frame from Antique Store + Chalkboard Spray Paint + White Paint =
Warm Touch.
we set the tone, gave warmth to our loved ones, and created such a welcoming entry to our wonderful day.
it honestly warms my heart {all over again} just looking at these details.
